The standard (1) one year limited manufactory warranty will be extended to the customers, and is only applicable to iPhone unmodified handset purchased from Flow. Customers are required to show prove of purchase.

The price of your iPhone will vary depending on the plan that you select. The table below details the cost for the iPhones.

The data that is included in the iPhone plans can be used for any and all mobile internet activities. These activities include, but not limited to assessing email, facebook, downloading and uploading pictures, streaming etc. Note, however, iPhones uses a lot more data when compared to other smartphones. The inclusive data cannot be used for roaming.

If your phone is lost of stolen, report it immediately to Flow. You can contact us 1800-804-2994. Your account will be suspended until you buy a replacement SIM card and then we will get you up and running again!

With your My FLOW app you can easily view Data Balance ? and to the view your bill balance and history. Future releases will include more features just for postpaid users! This will include bill payment via a payment provider. Note: The help content is searchable.

  • On this screen you will see your bill, when it was due and your Data Usage.
  • Click the "Hamburger Button" to see your Navigation Menu which lets you drill down into your balance, pay your bill and reach out to Customer Support
  • The Navigation Menu also lets you select which number to view.
  • This is where the Pay button will appear when the payment provider is ready to accept payments initiated by the app. This service is not yet in place so the button does not appear.
  • Postpaid users ? use your existing FLOW.COM login
  • Make sure you have at least one cell-phone linked to that
  • If you need to register ? do it
  • If you forget your password, reset it on FLOW.COM
  • On the device you last registered to your account, click the Forgot Password Button on the Log In page.

    Fill in the form with your details
    Another PIN will be sent to your phone via SMS. Enter the PIN to continue. For some test users, this number is pre-filled for you.
    You will get a password change confirmation.

     

    If you want to reach out to FLOW Customer Support click on the Contact entry on the Navigation Menu.

    This will open a pre-addressed email for you to fill in and send to FLOW.

    Clicking the "My Usage" entry on the Navigation Menu will take you to a screen showing up to the last 30 days of usage on your account.

    You can filter and order this information with the Filter button.

    Note: This information is "static" in this release and is not derived from your account. Also, detailed usage for Data is not available in Comverse therefore that toggle will be removed.
