We’re excited to tell you all about how we redesigned our postpaid plans just for you. These plans will give you more data, more talk time, and more flexibility in managing your bills. Whether you’re a family that wants to share your minutes and data with each other, or you are using all the data and minutes yourself, our new plans will work for you. These new and improved plans will allow you to manage your usage and stay on top of your monthly bills
Each month you will be billed the applicable monthly cost of the plan you selected as well as the applicable sales tax.
Yes, it will, your unused primary data, SMS and minutes will only be rolled over on a one-month basis.
Yes, they do. The benefits are allocated on a 30-Day cycle. If the period of use is less than 30 days, then the benefits and charges will be pro-rated accordingly. This means for example if you started your plan in the middle of the month you would have half the benefits and pay half the plan rates.
Flow has developed this Fair Use Policy along with our Acceptable Use Policy which govern the use of our network while on this plan. We set limits for the plan based on our acceptable normal customer usage to ensure that all customers have equal access to our network. Flow reserves the right to discontinue service at its sole discretion where customer use is excessive or disruptive to our network and which may affect access by other customers. Accessing your voicemail is free and very easy. Just Dial *123 and press SEND. If you have already set up your voicemail you will hear "Welcome to the message centre please enter your passcode". If you are accessing voicemail for the first time you will hear "Welcome to your message centre, I will be helping you to set up your own personal mailbox". The first time you access your voicemail your temporary passcode will be 1234 and you can change it to a passcode with 4-10 digits of your choice by simply following the menu.

You can record your own personal greeting when you set up your voicemail. If you have already set up your voicemail please dial *123, press SEND and follow the prompts to record your own greeting.

As a postpaid user you can log in to your existing E-Billing login. Make sure you have at least one cellphone linked to that account. If you forget your password, please visit E-Billing platform to reset.
Plan International minutes include US, Canada, and UK Fixed.
Plan Regional mins include calls to Flow mobile & Flow fixed Caribbean destinations except for Jamaica.
