How do I add data to my plan?

To add more data you can use the App (or send the SMS ‘extra data’ to 3434). At this time, the prepaid terms and conditions apply. On the first day of the next month, you will start with a new balance of the combo bundle, including any remaining balance from the reloaded credit.

Using your quota:

  • The 3000 minutes and 100 SMS are for on-net, off-net and international calling.
  • You can use a maximum of 200/300 minutes to call off-net and international destinations.
  • The calling minutes and SMS messages of the selected Hybrid Plan cannot be carried over to
    the next billing period. All units not used will be forfeited.
  • If all the units are used in the billing cycle, you have to reload the core balance with credit in
    order to continue the use of the service.

Why is my first invoice higher than the amount I signed for?

The invoice period at Flow runs from the first of the month, for a complete month. When your installation is done in the middle of the month, your first invoice will contain the remaining days of the previous month plus the new amount for the coming month. We advise you to pay the remaining days of the first month a couple days after the install was done.

How do I access my paperless bill?

I do not have a data plan or internet access. How can I activate the service?

Please call us at 225-2273 and select option 3 , so we can help you through the activation process. Our Agents are available Monday to Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm, Saturday: 8:00am-3pm

Can I change, add, or remove a package?

Yes. Contact our call-center agents at 9363.

How do I add data to my account?

If all data is depleted on your Tourist SIM before the 30 days, you can either buy a new Tourist SIM or activate the “Extra Data” Bundle by sending an SMS with the text: EXTRA DATA to 3434. The Extra Data bundle has 1GB of data and costs ANG 10. (Check “Add credit account” FAQ below). The Extra Data Bundle will only be valid until the end of the 30-day period.

What prizes are available?

The prizes awarded in this Campaign are Samsung smartphones.

If I need a router and/or network cabling for multiple rooms in my building, can Flow provide this service?

Unfortunately, we don't provide this service.

What is the monthly fee for Plan di Komprenshon packages?

The Plan di Komprenshon packages are provided at no cost.

Can I record movies or events that I have purchased through the VOD service or Pay-Per-View services?

No, you can only record TV programs or series that are included as part of your subscription service. VOD is a pay-per-use service, and we are unable to facilitate recordings of these programs.

What prizes are available?

There are many prizes available varying from Cash to Vouchers for gasoline or groceries or cosmetics, Tablets and even Family Staycation.
