If I am a postpaid customer what would happen if I purchased a Roaming data bundle but I used up all the data before the plan expires?

When the data volume of the one-time-bundle is used up before the plan expires, if you are still using data services you will be automatically charged for a specific block of Megabites (MBs) (Ex: 150MBs). Each time you exhaust that block of MBs, a new one would be applied. This process will continue until the one-time data bundle expires in terms of validity period. The price for each block o MBs charge is posted on our website

If I am a prepaid customer, does the one-time bundles that I can purchased apply for any country?

The prepaid one-time data bundles apply for most of the countries around the world. The list of countries included, prices, and volumes included are posted on our website.

The postpaid one-time data bundles and automatic daily rate will apply for most destinations around the world. The list of countries included, prices and volumes included are posted on our website.

If I am prepaid customer, can I browse without purchasing a plan?

As a prepaid customer you would need to purchase a data bundle to be able to use mobile data services while abroad. If you used up all your data before the validity period, you would have to purchase another bundle.

As a prepaid customer, what happens when my one-time data bundle volume is used up or bundle expires?

When the volume of the bundle is used up, you would need to purchase another bundle by dialing *129# SEND to be able to use data services again.
