Can the user have 2 valid plans active / or activate 2 plans for same zone at the same time?

If prepaid, customer can have/activate multiple plans for the same or different zones at same time. If postpaid, the user will be able to activate/have 2 plans active at same time if the plans are for different zones. Example : One 7 day plan for Zone 1, and one 7 day plan for Zone 2.
