If I am a postpaid or prepaid customer how can I purchase a one time Roaming data bundle?

You can purchase a bundle before traveling by calling to our call center or visiting any of our stores. Also while you are abroad, you can dial the USSD code *129# SEND and purchase a Roaming data bundle.

As a postpaid or prepaid customer, what kind of data Roaming bundles will be available?

For prepaid customers you would have 1, 7, and 30 days bundles. For postpaid customers you can purchase 7 or 30 days bundles. Each roaming bundle will have a designated amount of megabits depending on the visited country. Details of the plan will be displayed in the menu after dialing *129# SEND or the information can be found on our website.

Bundles will be available in any country for postpaid & prepaid?

Bundles will apply to most countries where we have Roaming coverage available. The list of countries that apply, as well as prices and volumes per bundle will be posted on our website.

As a postpaid customer what would happen if I don’t purchase any one-time bundle or the one-time bundle has expired in terms of validity period?

When your one time bundle expires or if you have not purchased any bundle, a minimum daily charge will be applied for all data usage. The daily charge covers up to a specific block of MBs a day (Ex: 150MBs), but if you use more than that in a single day, then another block would be charged. The Price for the daily charge or for each new block of MBs used is posted on our website.
