Flow Fixed-Line Platform Upgrade
Abbreviated Dialing
This feature allows you to use a code to store 90 numbers of your frequently called numbers, and to dial them simply by using two digits (10-99) , instead of having to remember and dial the complete telephone number every time. These include long distance numbers.

Barred Access
This feature allows you to control outgoing calls from your telephone by dialing a personal short code called the keyword (KW).

Here’s how your Call waiting feature alerts you
When you are on the phone a “beep tone” will be heard to tell you another call is waiting. Only you will hear this tone.
To answer the second call
Ask your first caller to hold, then depress the switch-hook/Flash /”F” button on your phone for about one second (which places your first caller on hold). You will automatically be connected to the second caller.
To alternate between calls
By depressing the switch-hook/Flash/”F” button for about a second you may alternate between calls. Each conversation is private and cannot be heard by the other caller
Call Diversion
This feature allows all incoming calls to be diverted to your chosen number (even to a mobile or overseas number). You may still use your telephone to make outgoing calls.

Conference Calls
This feature allows you to create an instant conference call between three parties.

Call Transfer
This feature allows you to transfer a call to any other phone number
How it works
Accept an incoming call,
- Press Switch Hook/Flash button on your phone
- Dial the number to transfer to
- Hang up or wait until the party answers before hanging up.
Your account will be billed for the duration and cost of the transferred call as if it were an outgoing call.
NB: Call transfer and three way calling cannot work together
Automatic Call Back
When you dial a number and receive a busy tone, this feature provides the convenience of allowing our network to automatically monitoring the busy number and calling you back as soon as the busy number becomes free
If dialed line is busy, you will receive an announcement to instruct you on how to get our network to automatically ring you back when the busy number becomes free

Automatic Recall
This feature will inform you who your last caller was, when they called and even give you the option of calling them back; you will be given the option of entering “3” to proceed with a call back to that number. If you do not wish to proceed you would simply hang up. . If line is busy when the return call is made, our network will automatically keep trying the number, ringing you back when it the number becomes free.

Setting up your voice mailbox
- Lift your handset and listen for the VOICEMAIL special dial tone
- Dial *123**123 (A tutorial will guide you in setting up your mailbox).
YOU WILL BE PROMPT FOR :
- A passcode (which is defaulted at 1234)
- Change default pass code to set personal security code
- A greeting
- Your name
