What are the new LTE Combo plans?

Our new LTE combo Plans gives you all the data, mins and texts you will ever need. Choose from our Small (S), Medium (M) or Large (L) plan and enjoy calling to Flow C ’bean, US, Canada and UK Fixed.

What happens after I use my Minutes/text/data allowance?

Customers who use up their allowances of calls, texts or data will be billed at the published out of bundle rates until the start of the new billing period when their allowance will be refreshed.

What is a “Share” user?

Customers can add additional users to their Medium and Large combo plans called share users. These users can use all allowances of calls, texts and data.

Is there a charge per share user?

Yes, where applicable, additional share users are billed $20 per user, per month.

How many users can I have on a package?

Our Small (S) combo plan allows a maximum of 1 user, while our Medium (M) combo plan allows a maximum of 2 users and our Large (L) combo plan allows a maximum of 4 users.
