Yes. Customers can have up to 4 mobile service numbers on their account. Mobile numbers can be any combination of pre-paid and post-paid.

Yes. Customers can add any Cable TV add-on package to their account.

  • If a customer removes one service in a 3-product fixed bundle, then the customer can be placed on a 2-product fixed bundle and retain the bundling benefits.
  • If a customer removes one service in a 2-product fixed bundle, then the customer will no longer be eligible for the benefits.
  • If the customer removes their mobile, then the customer is no longer available for the benefits.

Bundling all your services + mobile allow customers higher broadband speeds in addition to discount on your mobile plans.

Yes. If you have 4G LTE or 5G devices you will still be able to use your device to access data roaming services in the 4G LTE or 5G network coverage areas. This means that customers will still be able to use their mobile apps to make calls, send texts, check emails, browse and watch content.

In order to access traditional voice roaming on 4G LTE or 5G networks , you will need to have a VoLTE (Voice over LTE) capable 4G LTE or 5G device. This is the functionality that makes it possible for voice quality calls to be made over the LTE/4G mobile network. This feature will need to be activated on the device in order for you to be able to make these calls.

At this time, we are in the process of improving our network to implement the VoLTE capability to facilitate traditional voice calling while in the USA. We will update our website as soon as it is available.

Yes, the MyRoam Postpaid Plan will no longer be available to postpaid customers effective November 2nd, 2022.

Both prepaid and postpaid customers will benefit from the new roaming bundle.

For prepaid, customers can activate multiple plans at the same time.

For postpaid, customers will only be able to activate one bundle per zone. Example : Customer can activate a 7 day plan for Zone 1, and a 7 day plan for Zone 2.

When roaming bundle expires, you will need to purchase another bundle by dialing *129# via http://roam.topupflow.com/ or through the Flow TopUp App.
