Jump provides Customers with an internet connection offering download speeds of up to 15Mbps and upload speeds of up to 15Mbps. However, the actual internet speed may vary and is therefore not guaranteed.
The installation of services under Jump will include one (1) ONT/modem/gateway device.
Customers that have disconnected their Flow internet service within ninety (90) days of application for Jump, will not be eligible to apply for Jump.
Customers will be required to pay $22.50 EC for the first month of service and will be billed monthly at the same rate of $22.50 EC for the period of the agreement There will be no charge for the installation of the internet service provided under Jump.
Customers signing up for Jump will not be required to do a credit check but must clear all outstanding balances from previous Flow accounts upon application for service.

Yes. An eligible Customer is defined as one (1) adult member per family in each household. Anyone residing in the household can connect to the internet service.

Choose any one of the methods below.Flow Prepaid Cards - Purchase a Prepaid Card, scratch the PIN at the back of the card, dial 121121 and follow instructions to recharge your account.EPIN Top Up - is a paper receipt that contains a unique PIN. You activate the PIN and you are ready to start talking. You dial 121121 on your mobile phone and follow the instructions.Web Top Up - Log on to https://www.etopuponline.com/lime and log in. If you have not already registered click on "New User" to create a log in.|Bank Top Up - Insert your ATM card into the ABM machine and select "Add Credit" from the on screen menu and enter the amount of credit and the amount of credit to be applied. A text message confirmation will be sent to the handset confirming the top up amount.ME2U - Allows you to send credit from your own mobile to friends and family. More information can be found in our ME2U Help Pages.Merchant Top Up - Give the retailer the amount that you wish to top up along with the telephone number. The amount is transferred automatically to the mobile account and a confirmation text will be sent to your mobile account detailing the value of the credit and the balance.
Customers can check their balance by dialing *120# and they will see all of their prepaid balances – minutes, texts and data.By contacting the Contact Centre (100 or 1800-804-2994) where one of our agents will be able to advise on remaining balances.
