If you have an incoming call while you are on the line, the Call Waiting feature will alert you. You may then put the first call on hold, while you answer your second call. It will greatly reduce missed calls due to a busy phone.

Instructions:
When a second call is received, you will hear a beep on the line. To speak to the second caller, simply press the flash button for approximately on second. The second call will then come on the line. When you have finished speaking to the second caller, simply press the flash button and you will be reconnected to the first caller. You can alternate between calls by pressing the flash button each time.

This feature means your phone can transfer incoming calls to another number of your choice. Call forwarding is great for the business person who wants to catch the after hours business calls at home or for anyone who does not want to miss an important call. To connect

  2. Dial * 21
  3. Dial the number to which you want the calls to be forwarded.
  4. Dial #
  5. Replace the receiver

To disconnect

  1. Lift the receiver
  2. Dial # 21 #
  3. Replace the receiver

There are three different prices dependant on when you call.

  • Daytime: 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday
  • Evening: 8pm - 6am Monday to Friday
  • Weekend: Friday 8pm - Monday 6am

 

Points are earned at the account level, where an account has multiple service numbers, you will earn Loyalty Points for the Account i.e. 1 Loyalty Point for every $25 (local currency) billed to the account. Points are awarded/calculated on your total spend/charges after discounts and before taxes.

When using points to purchase LIME merchandize mobile handsets or accessories each Loyalty Point is valued J$0.50 (local currency). When using points to purchase American Airlines miles, you will require 5 points to purchase 1 AA mile.
N.B: American Advantage miles must be purchased in multiples of 5.

You would earn points on the amount listed as 'Sub Total' or 'Subtotal' on your bill statement, which is your total spend for the billing period less any applicable discounts. This would not include any previous outstanding charges listed on your bill.

LIME Rewards is a Loyalty points program which allows customers to earn and redeem points based on their monthly spend. The objective of the program is to build loyalty and provide more benefits to our valued customers.

First, turn your mobile on.


After a few seconds, your mobile should automatically select a network. Your mobile is then ready to use. If your mobile does not automatically select a network, then you will need to do a manual network selection.


To do a manual network selection, just scroll through the mobile menu options to network Selection and select Manual. Then select the Flow mobile partner listed.

Any unanswered call while roaming will be forward to your voice mail box. Once the caller records a message you will receive a message waiting indicator (an envelope icon). To retrieve a message:

  1. Your Own Mobile telephone number
  2. Press the * (asterisk) key as soon as your recorded greeting begins, and then follow the voice prompts to input your password, and play your messages.

Please note that when roaming to one of the locations in the Caribbean where Flow operates and Trinidad & Tobago, and your phone is switched on there is no charge for the messages that are delivered to your voice mail, you are only charged for the retrieval of messages.

If your are roaming anywhere outside of these location and your phone is switched on, if you have not deactivated the feature to call forward all calls, to voicemail and a call goes to voicemail, you will be charged for the delivery of the call to you abroad and then for the delivery back to your voicemail. You will also be charged for the retrieval of your voicemail message when you retrieve it.
