No. Customers must have a minimum of $0.01 on their core/primary balance in order to use Faves. Except in Jamaica where the minimum balance is $1.00 JAM Dollar.
The customers subscription will be extended by the amount of days in the plan. If customers second plan is Flow Faves 7 day, the Flow Faves expiration will be extended by 7 days. For example, on first subscription customer expiration is October 1, after purchasing second 7 day plan, the customers expiration becomes October 8. All other features and functions remain the same other than the extending of the customers expiration date.
Both plans will operate as normal.
No. Customers can only add Local Flow landline and Flow mobile numbers. In Antigua only Flow Mobile Numbers can be added. No third party, international or Flow regional landline or regional mobile numbers are included in Flow Faves.
Texts will be billed at regular rates.
Calls will be billed at regular rates.
Customers can check Favelist by dialing *125*0#*125*0#. The message returned will be [Your service will expire on [DATE]. The numbers in your list are: [List of Numbers]]
The customers Faves List (free numbers) will be reset. If the customers subscribes to the service again they will need to re-enter the Flow numbers they wish to call for free.
Customers will receive a notification that the Faves plan has expired. Calls to the customers Faves List will no longer be free.
