If you're a postpaid customer with an LTE device & LTE SIM, visit the retail store to upgrade your plan to an LTE one. Flow has new packages for light and heavy users, with plans up to 25GB.
Yes, your existing device will work on our network. But, to take advantage of the new speeds offered by 4G LTE you will need an LTE compatible device, LTE SIM card and LTE data plan.

The standard determines how the digital wireless signal is transmitted between the mobile device and the cell tower and also manages the limited amount of frequency available in a given location.

There will be different types of data plans to cater to varying lifestyles of our customers. In some scenarios it may be necessary to throttle (reduce) speeds to ensure that as many customers as possible have a positive user experience on the network. As such some of Flow's data plans may feature a Fair Usage Policy. Where applicable, these feature usage policies will be documented and explained to our customers.
No. You will need to subscribe to one of our mobile data plans. Flow offers a variety of data plans for BlackBerry, smart phone of on-the-go data devices (such as dongles/USB modems).
The new network uses the latest technology and does not in itself affect battery life. Battery life in your device will depend mostly on usage and screen size. You should note though that if you are making many calls, using multiple applications that use the device's CPU heavily (example some screen savers or games), or using the Internet a lot, battery life may be reduced.
Battery life can be increased by closing or limiting the number of active applications, and by turning off Wifi, and Bluetooth when not in use.

In any case, don't forget you don't need to get a device as fast as 21 Mbps to enjoy an amazing experience. Already, 3.6 Mbps will give you the feeling of your broadband at home and 7.2 Mbps will give you a faster speed than many people enjoy in their homes today.
