Yes. Flow's new 4G network has been designed to be easily extendable to support LTE and in the very near future Flow will be rolling out 42 Mbps HSPA+ in some of its countries of operation.

Long Term Evolution (LTE) is the next step in the mobile network technology evolution from WCDMA/HSPA. While HSPA+ builds on radio and core network technologies from GSM and UMTS (Wideband CDMA), LTE completely transforms the mobile radio network design. It will provide even higher bandwidth, lower latency, and greater mobility than HSPA+, and in the future shared sector bandwidth of well over 100 Mbs thereby allowing customers to realize even greater speeds.

With LTE, customers will enjoy playing games online, downloading and watching High Definition videos or movies even more, and with MiFi hotstops for multiple devices and tablets they will have greater mobility.

4G networks give you higher data speeds even compared to 3G. Not only will you experience greater coverage on 4G but you will also get faster Internet connection, an improved browsing experience, shorter download times and faster access to applications. Simply put 4G enhances the mobile lifestyle and experience.

4G refers to the 4th Generation of mobile technology.

• First generation (1G) was the analogue standard deployed by mobile networks launched in the early 1980's - Nordic Mobile Telephone (NMT) in Europe and Advanced Mobile Phone System (AMPS) in the US.
• Second generation (2G) was the digital standard utilised by mobile networks launched in the early 1990's (GSM around the world, TDMA/CDMA in the US).
• Third generation (3G) was launched in the early 2000's with WCDMA and EVDO as the main standards.

No. One Rate Roaming charges are billed separately and are not included as part of your monthly bucket of free minutes, SMS or data. This applies to all plans including our All Talk, All Talk Plus, Calling Circle and Closed User Group plans.

Local calls require just the area code and number. For example, if you're dialling a number in Alexandria Virginia while you are in Washington DC, just dial 17031703 for the area code and then the local number.

Roaming lets you make and receive calls, send sms and exchange data outside of your home country. With roaming, you never have to change your number and you can be easily reached in most places in the world. Please refer to the roaming section of the Flow website to view the destinations where roaming is available.

For postpaid customers security deposits may be required but there are no monthly subscription fees for roaming access on either prepaid or postpaid service.

One Rate Roaming will apply only to Flow customers when roaming in Flow Caribbean markets and in Trinidad & Tobago. The locations where this applies are:
