Adding an removing numbers is simple and is done via text.

• To add a number text "FAVEA" + "7 digit Telephone number" to 145145.
• If you wish to delete a number, text "FAVED (space)7 digit number" to 145145. There is a charge to delete numbers.
• If you attempt to add a sixth number to Flow FAVEs then you will receive a text message advising you to remove a number before adding another.
• If you are unsure of which numbers you have on your Flow FAVES then you can text FAVELIST to 145145 and a message will be sent with your list of numbers.
• Customers must have a minimum of $0.01 on their core/primary balance in order to use Flow FAVES. Except in Jamaica where the minimum balance is $1.00 JAM Dollar.

Checking your balance is easy and can be done on your handset. Simply dial *3733*3733 and press send and follow the instructions. Calls to this number are free!

You can top up anything between EC$5 - EC$200 in one top up.

NO. Flow FAVES is only available as a prepaid mobile service.

Two plans exist for Flow FAVES.

• To get the 7 day plan text "FAVE7" to 145145. To get the 30 day plan text "FAVE30" to 145145145.
• The 7 Day plan costs EC $15 and the 30 day plan costs EC $45

Accessing your voicemail is free and easy.

• Dial *123#*123# and press SEND.
• If you have already set up your voicemail you will hear "Welcome to the message centre please enter your passcode".
• If you are accessing voicemail for the first time you will hear "Welcome to your message centre, I will be helping you to set up your own personal mailbox".
• The first time you call your voicemail your temporary passcode will be 1234 and you can change it to a passcode with 4-10 digits of your choice using the menu.

The requirements are:

• An ADSL compatible phone line from Flow.
• An ADSL modem that is compatible with Flow's Broadband service.
• A Flow microfilter for each telephone or fax machine.
• An ADSL modem that is compatible with Flow Broadband ADSL service.
• A PC with a processor of at least 333 MHz and 32 MB of RAM.

No, you will need an ADSL modem. We offer specific ADSL modems for specific plans with term contracts. For broadband service without contracts we have modems for sale. The sale of the modem is non refundable. You May purchase our own modem but Flow will not guarantee that it will work with our service.

No. Any device connected to the modem receives public IP addresses, so if you need protection, you'll have to install a software firewall to your PCs or buy a hardware firewall and attach it directly to your modem.

The modem is not a router so there's no configuration page available. The modem's sole purpose is to issue IP addresses, so no other configuration is possible.

If your modem becomes damaged due to your own negligence, you'll be charged $345.00 (VAT incl.) for a replacement.
