If the data allotment of the roaming bundle is exhausted before the bundle expires, there will be a daily charge that is applied automatically applied to the customer. The daily charge bills the customer USD 9.25 for every 150MBs used in Zone 1 and USD 9.25 for every 20MBs used in Zone 2. The customer would not be able to repurchase a new roaming bundle until the previous expiration date has passed.

Yes. Postpaid customers may visit any FLOW Store to activate their 7 or 30 day roaming bundle prior to traveling.

For Prepaid customers, the roaming bundle can only be activated upon arrival to the desitnation.

The roaming bundle can be activated using *129#, via http://roam.topupflow.com/ or through the Flow TopUp App.

Prepaid customers would have the option of subscribing to a 1, 7 or 30 days plan.

Postpaid customers can purchase a 7 or 30 day plan. Details of the plan will be displayed in the menu after dialing *129# or by visiting https://discoverflow.co/grenada/

The new roaming CVP for prepaid and postpaid customers will take effect November 2nd, 2022.
