Customers that have disconnected their Flow internet service within ninety (90) days of application for Jump, will not be eligible to apply for Jump.

Customers will be required to pay $20 EC for the first month of service and will be billed monthly at the same rate of $20 EC for the period of the agreement ​There will be no charge for the installation of the internet service provided under Jump.

Yes. An eligible Customer is defined as one (1) adult member per family in each household. Anyone residing in the household can connect to the internet service.

Jump customers are not required to pay a standard deposit but are required to pay $20EC which represents their first month’s bill.

The installation of services under Jump will include one (1) Chromebook or Samsung tablet. ​

Jump will be made available to families on participating government assistance programs.

These families will be offered home Wi-Fi services, digital skills training and a laptop device.

​Jump provides Customers with an internet connection offering download speeds of up to 250Mbps and upload speeds of up to 40Mbps. However, the actual internet speed may vary and is therefore not guaranteed.​

Paying your bill is easy.

  • Go to www.discoverflow.com
  • Log in with your specific username and password.
  • Select your country
  • Click on My Accounts.
  • Click on Pay next to the account you want wish to pay
  • Enter your amount you want to pay.
  • Click the check box next to the account.
  • Click the Recalculate link and then Next
  • Enter your credit information and Click Next
  • Confirm your payment information and then Click Submit to complete your bill payment

OR Pay any account using our FastPay Option simply by indicating the country and account number along with your card details

As a prepaid customer you would need to purchase a data bundle to be able to use mobile data services while abroad.

The prepaid roaming data bundles apply for most of the countries around the world. Please see the list of countries below

Yes. If you have 4G LTE or 5G devices you will still be able to use your device to access data roaming services in the 4G LTE or 5G network coverage areas. This means that customers will still be able to use their mobile apps to make calls, send texts, check emails, browse and watch content.
