Yes. You can order Flow's broadband Internet service without ordering Flow's Cable TV service. You'll just need to pay the installation fee.

  • Install anti-virus - Viruses are everywhere so install anti-virus software which will constantly update and protect your computer.
  • Monitor your kids' internet use - Keep your computer somewhere where you can see what your kids are doing. Make sure you have Parental Control software and learn more about the risks to kids.
  • Use spam controls - Make sure you have spam controls on your email.
  • Use a firewall - Broadband connections allow others to come and take over your computer if you don't use a firewall.
  • Be suspicious of scams - Many scams circulate over the internet and are often a way of getting you to hand over your personal details and take your money.
  • Don't download files or emails - Be suspicious of all emails or downloads that people send you unless you know where they are from and they look genuine.
  • Keep your computer in good shape - Ensure your software is up to date, back up your data and upgrade your computer periodically.
  • Block Spyware - Spyware (also known as Adware or Malware) can infect your system monitoring what you do. You should install and use an anti-Spyware programme to clean this up regularly.
  • Don't give out your personal information - 'Phishing' is a new internet phenomenon where a site or service pretends to be an established legitimate business in order to con people into giving away their private information.
  • Use Common Sense - General vigilance is your best weapon. Risks are out there, so only trust people and sites you know.

Yes. Our cable modems come with batteries that will provide up to four hours of life after an electrical outage.

No. You won't need a special computer, but you computer or router will need an RJ45 Ethernet port (known as a network interface) so it can connect to the Flow cable modem.

Yes. You can share a single Flow internet connection between two or more computers. You'll need a router that all the computers can communicate with, either wirelessly or wired (with network cabling).

With Flow internet, you can use email programs like Mac Mail, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or any other one that supports POP3 protocol. When configured correctly, your new mail will automatically download as the Flow mail server receives it.

We are in the process of finalizing our programming line-up for 2019 and want to inform you that in the coming weeks, we will be removing some channels from our TV packages across the Caribbean.

As of December 31, 2018 we will no longer offer the following channels across the Caribbean: Big Ten Network, CGTN, FOX Deportes, FOX Soccer Plus, FOX Sports 2, FOX Sports Racing, National Geographic, National Geographic Wild and BBC America.

We regret any inconvenience that these changes may cause to your regular viewing and assure you that our team is working hard to add similar types of content to our programming.

That's why we’ve upgraded your bill format to make it clearer and easier for you to understand.

 

1. Account and Bill Invoice Number If paying your bill by post, please include payment slip from the bottom of the bill or write the account/invoice # on the back of the cheque.

2. Bill Date - Your bill will include charges up to and including this date.

3. Primary Phone Number - This is the first number (mobile, fixed line or broadband) listed on the account for which you are being billed.

4. Total Bill - The total amount to be paid for the period including any outstanding payments from previous bills.

5. Usage Charges - If you have a mobile, fixed line, broadband or TV service they will all be shown here.

6. Account Charges- Details of other charges can be found in the summary of the later pages of your bill (e.g. connection charges, handset charges, late payment fees).

7. Discounts - This is your savings for the month which may result from any promotional offer or plan to which you subscribe.

8. Outstanding Charges - If you did not pay your previous bill balance in full an outstanding balance will be brought forward which may be overdue.

9. Service or Advertising Announcements - This is where FLOW will show any service related announcements or promotional offers on your bill.

10. Bill Due Date- When your bill needs to be paid. Late payments may result in disconnection.
