If all data is depleted on your Tourist SIM before the 30 days, you can either buy a new Tourist SIM or activate the “Extra Data” Bundle by sending an SMS with the text: EXTRA DATA to 3434. The Extra Data bundle has 1GB of data and costs ANG 10. (Check “Add credit account” FAQ below). The Extra Data Bundle will only be valid until the end of the 30-day period.

No, you can only record TV programs or series that are included as part of your subscription service. VOD is a pay-per-use service, and we are unable to facilitate recordings of these programs.

No, we do not disconnect anymore since the launch of the Blue Plan. While on the Blue Plan, customers will have limited BB, FV, and/or TV service. The plan allows customers to stay connected at a minimum while paying off outstanding balances.
To add more data you can use the App (or send the SMS ‘extra data’ to 3434). At this time, the prepaid terms and conditions apply. On the first day of the next month, you will start with a new balance of the combo bundle, including any remaining balance from the reloaded credit.
