You will receive a confirmation email which will show the details of the transaction. Payments are shown on the monthly bill if  received prior to publishing based on your billing cycle. You will need to contact the customer whose bill you are paying and have them verify that the payment has been applied to their account.

   3. Create a MyFLOW account and link all of your FLOW services.

   4. Click 'go paperless' to receive your free eBill.

Customers full bill will be sent to their primary e-mail address.

 

The time for your payment to be received by Flow depends on where and how you made the payment. Here are some examples: - Surepay 8 working hours - Royal Bank of Canada 24 - 72 working hours  - Bank of Nova Scotia  24 - 72 working hours - Post Offices, FLOW stores within 8 working hours - e-account/e-services within 1 working hour.

If you have just signed up for a new service, you will have a partial month charge for your services from the date you joined us up to the date of your first bill.
