Any full-time student who is enrolled in a verifiable learning institution can sign up for a Flow Student Plan. These plans have features designed for students, if you’re not a student choose from our Always On Prepaid Plans or our Flex Postpaid plans to suit your mobile needs.

You can call and text your peers for FREE when you all sign up for one of our new Student Plans. Surf, share information about assignments, deadlines and more!

You can use your phone, but the Local Plan Data, Minutes and text messages cannot be used while roaming. The normal voice/data and SMS roaming charges will apply while you’re traveling. You will need to activate a roaming plan before leaving Antigua and Barbuda.
Plan Regional mins include calls to Flow mobile & Flow fixed Caribbean destinations except for Jamaica.
Plan International minutes include US, Canada, and UK Fixed.
As a postpaid user you can log in to your existing discoverflow.co E-Billing login. Make sure you have at least one cellphone linked to that account. If you forget your password, please visit discoverflow.co E-Billing platform to reset.
You can record your own personal greeting when you set up your voicemail. If you have already set up your voicemail please dial *123 , press SEND and follow the prompts to record your own greeting.
Accessing your voicemail is free and very easy.
Just Dial *123 and press SEND.
If you have already set up your voicemail you will hear "Welcome to the message centre please enter your passcode".
If you are accessing voicemail for the first time you will hear "Welcome to your message centre, I will be helping you to set up your own personal mailbox".
The first time you access your voicemail your temporary passcode will be 1234 and you can change it to a passcode with 4-10 digits of your choice by simply following the menu.
This is one of the real exciting features about these plans. The new plans give you all the data you need starting from 15GB of data on a single plan to as much as 60GB for the family plan. The single plans give 3,000 anywhere minutes while the family plans allow you to talk as long as you like with unlimited minutes. Here’s the other great feature, all new postpaid plans come with unlimited text messaging.
