What do I need to do to ensure that I can continue communicating while in the USA after the 3G networks have been shut-down?

  • Upgrade your device from 3G to a 4G LTE or 5G one that supports VoLTE
  • Upgrade your SIM card to an LTE SIM
  • Ensure that you subscribe to a suitable roaming package before departing
  • When the VoLTE functionality is available on our network:
    • Ensure that VoLTE feature in your device is activated and updated with the latest version
    • Ensure that VoLTE is switched on prior to travelling

Will my current SIM card work on VoLTE?

Most recent 4G/LTE SIM cards will work with VoLTE. If you are unsure, visit our store. In case you do not have an LTE SIM card, we will swap your SIM card for free.

Will I be able to use my 4G LTE or 5G devices for traditional voice roaming?

In order to access traditional voice roaming on 4G LTE or 5G networks , you will need to have a VoLTE (Voice over LTE) capable 4G LTE or 5G device. This is the functionality that makes it possible for voice quality calls to be made over the LTE/4G mobile network. This feature will need to be activated on the device in order for you to be able to make these calls.

At this time, we are in the process of improving our network to implement the VoLTE capability to facilitate traditional voice calling while in the USA. We will update our website as soon as it is available.

Can I call outside the Flow network if I have an active student plan?

Sure you can. When we say Anywhere we mean Anywhere. These plans allow you to call ANY network in Antigua & Barbuda (mobile and landline), so you can easily stay connected with all your friends and family.

I want to sign up a student but I’m not their parent. Can I still sign them up?

You need to be a legal guardian or parent to sign up a student for a Student Plan.

What should I expect on my monthly bill?

Each month you will be billed the applicable monthly cost of the plan you selected as well as the applicable sales tax.

Will I be required to pay a deposit to get this postpaid plan?

If you are a new post-paid customer, you will be subject to standard credit checks and may be required to pay a deposit of XCD $200.00.

How can I sign up for a Flex Postpaid plan?

This is the easy part. You can sign up for your Flex Postpaid plan today by visiting any Flow location including the mobile store. Just ensure you bring along the following items:

  • Two (2) Government issued photo IDs – one must be your social security card
  • Proof of address.
  • $200 refundable deposit
