Flow Cashback is a customer loyalty campaign for selected, active Flow mobile prepaid customers. This campaign enables Flow customers to earn 50% cashback for everyday activities such as browsing, texting, calling, buying plans and more. Each participating customer has his own spending threshold and once that threshold is exceeded, the customer begins to accumulate cashback balance. When the cashback balance exceeds a minimum of $41, customers can redeem it to buy devices or accessories at selected Flow stores.

The maintenance upgrade begins on Thursday, September 12 until Thursday, November 28, 2019. This is scheduled to begin at 9am daily and will last for two to four hours.

Customers will receive communication advising them of the maintenance upgrade per affected areas daily. They will be notified via newspaper, text message, radio and social media communications.

  1. Check whether the LTE Unit’s power indicator is steady on. If not, power on the LTE UNIT.
  2. Check whether the connection between computer/handset/tablet and LTE UNIT is working properly.

    – If you are connected to the LTE UNIT using a network cable, check whether the LAN/WAN indicator is steady on or blinking.

    – If your computer/handset/tablet is connected to the LTE UNIT through Wi-Fi, go to the Wi-Fi connection page to check the connection status.

  3. Check that your computer/handset/tablet is set to automatically obtain an IP address and DNS server address.
