Family Plan Functionality
- The family plan functionality will have to be configured. The Master holder can add up to three users (sim cards) per account. E.g., Family plan 1 will have 1 additional user (SIM)
- The allotted voice minutes, data and SMS for each family plan will be shared among the additional users
Data Overage Functionality
- The data overages charge per MB (PAYGO) will be replaced by data overages per 1GB blocks, each block will have a value of US$10 (per GB). Once a customer has used up there in plan data allowances and goes into overage, after the 1st 10MB of overage the customer will be charged for 1GB of overage up front before usage. This rotation will continue until the customer has reached their data overage limit at 5GB
- Once the customer reaches 10MB (extra data to avoid additional charge if customer stops browsing after notification) in data overage they will received another notification “You have used all your data in your plan. The same must be repeated until the client reaches a maximum of 5 extra packages (5GB overage). At 5GB of data overage the customer will receive a notification: “Due to high overage data use, your data service was suspended until your next billing cycle. Please contact FLOW to upgrade your plan@1-800-804-2994”
