If you decide to disable auto-renew simply dial *787# This should be done before your existing plan expires, however once you disable auto renew you will miss the great discount benefits and roll over data that is only available upon auto renew of our 7 Day, 28Day 10GB and Unlimited 30-Day plans.
If you disable auto-renew of your plans you will miss valuable discounts and rollover data! E.g.
- On first purchase, you can activate the Unlimited 30-Day plan for $4900.
- If you auto renew you will pay a discounted price of $4500.
- If you did not have enough money at time of auto renewal and you top-up and re purchase your plan with 48 hrs. after the plan expires, you will maintain the discounted price of $4,500.
- You will maintain this discounted price, once you continue to auto-renew your plan.
- If you disable auto-renew, you will lose your $400 discount and instead pay $4900 and you will lose any roll over data.
- If this happens, you can reclaim your $400 discount on your next auto-renewal and restore your plan cost to $4500.
