Flow has developed this Fair Use Policy along with our Acceptable Use Policy which govern the use of our network while on this plan. We set limits for the plan based on our acceptable normal customer usage to ensure that customers have equitable access to our network and to provide the best quality of service to a maximum number of our customers. Flow reserves the right to discontinue service at its sole discretion where customer use is excessive or disruptive to our network. You may view both policies online at www.discoverflow.co

The Fair Usage Policy will vary based on the plan to which you have subscribed. Once you have reached our acceptable normal usage limit, you will be notified via text message. 

•     Once you have reached the fair usage limit for your Social and YouTube benefit, usage thereafter will be deducted from your primary data balance after which you can still use social media and YouTube, but you will be throttled to 2G speeds.
•     Once you have reached the fair usage limit for your talk and text benefits, usage thereafter will be billed at pay per use rates. 

All our plans now enjoy even more primary data PLUS the addition of Spotify and TikTok.
Your unlimited YouTube, Spotify and SWIFT data allotment are not included in your primary data. Where you access these applications, which may have external links not covered under the “unlimited” benefits, it will reduce your primary data allotment.
