Chippie Plus & Chippie Max are monthly plans where you get a fixed amount of data, minutes and SMS on your phone every month. Your plan will be billed through one convenient, monthly invoice. If you deplete the grants in your plan during the course of the month, you can add prepaid credit to your account to continue using your phone. No extra charges will be added to your monthly invoice, so you have full flexibility and cost control. You decide if you want to use more data or minutes than your PLUS or MAX plan offers.

Adding extra data to your account: You can add more data by sending an SMS and the cost of the extra data will be deducted from your prepaid balance. SMS EXTRA DATA to 3434 to activate. Prepaid terms and conditions will apply to your data purchase. On the first day of the following month, you will receive your new grants of data, minutes & SMS, including any remaining prepaid credit you loaded.

Using your grants: A Fair Usage Policy applies to the minutes in your plan, where calls are limited to 3000 minutes for on-net, off-net and select international destinations. Of the 3000 minutes received, you can use a maximum of 100 (PLUS) / 200 (MAX) minutes to call local off-net and select international destinations. The calling minutes and SMS messages of your Hybrid plan cannot be carried over to the following billing period. This means that all units not used will be forfeited. If you use all the units before the end of the month, you can add prepaid credit to your account to continue making calls. On the first day of the following month, you will receive your new grants of data, minutes & SMS, including any remaining prepaid credit you loaded.

The Hybrid Sharing plans are also monthly plans where you get a fixed amount of data, minutes and SMS every month. Your plan will be billed through one convenient, monthly invoice. The SHARING plans offer SHARING OF THE GRANTS with all users/members of the plan. If the users deplete the grants in the plan during the course of the month, they each become individual prepaid users. Individual users can add prepaid credit to their account to continue using their phone. No extra charges will be added to the monthly invoice, giving full flexibility and cost control. Each member can decide if they want to use more data or minutes than the PLUS or MAX SHARING plan offers.

Data sharing is an integral part of the Hybrid PLUS/MAX SHARING plan, where all the grants in the plan can be shared amongst the defined users of the plan. This will offer great benefits to the users of such a plan. Hybrid SHARING PLUS plan allows up to (2) users to share the grants, whereas Hybrid SHARING MAX plan allows up to four (4) users. In the case of the Hybrid SHARING MAX plan, the 4 users can share 45GB of shared data amongst themselves. This means that each user can use the shared data to their individual need, up to 45GB, depending on how much the others are using the shared data. And if the total shared data is depleted before the end of the month, adding extra data is easy.

On the first day of the following month, the users will receive their new shared grants of data, minutes & SMS, including any remaining individual prepaid credit loaded.

If the members use all the units before the end of the month, individual users can add prepaid credit to their own account to continue making calls. On the first day of the following month, the members will receive their shared grants of data, minutes & SMS, including any remaining individual prepaid credit loaded.

The maximum number of users on the Hybrid SHARING PLUS plan is two (2). These 2 users can share a total of 25GB of shared data. The maximum number of users on the Hybrid SHARING MAX plan is four (4). These 4 users can share a total of 45GB of shared data. If the shared data is depleted, each user can independently add more data by sending an SMS. The cost of the extra data will be deducted from their individual prepaid balance. They can SMS EXTRA DATA to 3434 to activate. This extra data is not shared but assigned to the user that purchased the extra data. For this data purchase, prepaid terms and conditions will apply.

After activation the Hybrid plan selected will be valid for 24 months.

Minutes

The total of 3000 calling minutes is including a maximum of 100 off-net /200 international calling minutes.

International calling

International calling destinations (fixed and mobile) are: Aruba, USA, The Netherlands, France, Puerto Rico, Canada, Colombia, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, China, India and Portugal

Out-of-plan usage:

Chippie prepaid rates will be applicable.
