Ya’ad & Road/Internet Vital Device Offer-Terms Conditions

1. 1. These device offers are available to new residential customers in areas where Flow’s service is available, who sign-up for a Ya’ad & Road or Internet Vital plan between
   March 21 - 31 ,2022.

2. 2. A ‘sign up’ is defined as a customer who has paid the applicable fees and the services being installed.
3. 3. The customer will be required to remain subscribed to the Ya’ad & Road or Internet Vital plan, for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. If the customer disconnects either service prior to the end of the twelve (12) months, he/she will be liable to pay for the cost of the mobile handset/tablet.
4. 4. The customer will be responsible for any repairs or upgrades to the mobile handset/tablet, that maybe required, after the mobile handset/tablet is received from Flow or its authorized agents. Flow’s standard device warranty applies.
5. 5. This offer is limited to one device per account.
6. 6. Customers who sign up agree to pay the rates (inclusive of GCT & Special Telephone Call Tax) applicable to that service.
7. 7. This offer can be combined with any other Flow promotional offer as determined by Flow.
8. 8. This offer is not transferable.
9. 9. Flow reserves the right to amend or discontinue this offer at any time.
