The new bundle offers unlimited calls to local landline and mobile numbers. However, a Fair Usage Policy applies that includes 1000 minutes to local Flow landline & mobile numbers and 500 minutes to local Digicel landline & mobile numbers.
If your call usage exceeds the number of minutes included in the bundle, you will be charged for the excess minutes at the standard rates for calls to local landline and mobile numbers.

Yes. Customers in and out of plan usage charges are subject to all applicable telecommunication taxes including 25% General Consumption tax (GCT) and the special telephone call tax of 5cents per minute on applicable outgoing calls from a fixed line telephone which will also attract 25% GCT.
Yes. However, you will be billed at the standard rates for calls to international destinations.
No. There are no international minutes included. However, you may add one of our World Pak International Minutes.
