Can I make calls or send text messages to premium rated numbers?

No, calls and text messages to international destinations, toll free and premium rated numbers are billed at the standard out of plan rates.

How do I check my balance?

You can easily check your balance on the MyFlow App (Available for Android and iOS) or dial *129*6# and select “balance enquiry”. You may also check your text and minutes balance by dial *120#. To check your data balance dial *146*0#.

How will I know if I have exhausted my primary data allotment?

To help you manage your data usage, you will receive a text message notice at 60% usage, 80% usage and 100% usage.

Will I have access to my minutes and text benefit if I exhaust my primary data plan allotment?

Yes, if the data component of your plan is fully utilized, you will still have access to the minutes and text benefits up to the time and date of expiration. So you can stay connected with friends and family on ANY network in Jamaica.

Will I have access to my unlimited social benefit, YouTube, Spotify and TikTok data if I exhaust my primary data plan allotment?
