We set limits for the plan based on our acceptable normal customer usage to ensure that customers have equitable access to our network. The Fair Usage Policy will vary based on the plan to which you have subscribed. Once you have reached our acceptable normal usage limit, you will be notified via text message.

• Once you have reached the fair usage limit for your social benefit, usage thereafter will be deducted from your primary data balance.
• Once you have reached the fair usage limit for your talk and text benefits, usage thereafter will be billed at pay per use rates.
