Flow has developed this Fair Use Policy for the Unlimited Prepaid Mobile Combo Plan along with our Acceptable Use Policy at www.discoverflow.co which governs the use of our network while on this plan. We set limits for the plan based on our acceptable normal customer usage to ensure that customers have equitable access to our network.

The FUP will vary based on the plan to which you have subscribed. Once you have reached our acceptable normal usage limit, you will be notified via text message thereafter you will be billed at the Out of Plan rate from your primary balance until you purchase another Unlimited Prepaid Combo Plan. Flow reserves the right to discontinue service at its sole discretion where customer use is excessive or disruptive to our network.
