Max will offer 3 different plans direct to customers (DTC). The 3 plans customers can choose from are:

Basic with Ads Plan:

• Watch with limited ads
• Stream on 2 devices at once
• Full HD video resolution

Standard Plan

• Stream on 2 devices at once
• Full HD video resolution
• 30 downloads to watch on the go

Platinum Plan:

• Stream on 4 devices at once
• 4K Ultra HD video resolution*
• Dolby Atmos audio*
• 100 downloads to watch on the go

NOTE: The Plan which Flow customers will have access to is the Standard Plan
